1. The development of magnesium-aluminum-zinc plating

In order to prevent the steel from rusting, the surface of the steel needs to be made up, and thus the coating material for zinc coating is derived. At the beginning, the material is made into the product and immersed into the hot zinc solution. But the result is a series of problems such as ugly surface and serious pollution. So the pre-plating material become more and more popular, and steel plant began to produce galvanized sheets. Galvanized sheet has been experienced a very long period of development in the Chinese market. Until now, most of the galvanized coil manufacturers use the outdated production process, produce rough products, surface quality is not up to standard, zinc layer is easy to fall off, a variety of problems, emerging in an endless stream. And most manufacturers fall into a price war, the lower the price, the worse the quality; The lower the quality, the lower the price. So many customers require to buy galvanized sheet which imported from Korea, such as eastern united, Nippon steel, posco and so on. After the manufacturers added aluminum into the plating material, the product's anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance will gain a lot of enhancement, at this time produced coating material is aluminum zinc, aluminum zinc plating can now meet the needs of most products anti-corrosion requirements. 2. Advantages of magnesium-aluminum-zinc plating

(1). Performance advantage: other such as galvanized, aluminum-zinc plating, its anti-corrosion and rust performance can not be compared with magnesium-aluminum-zinc plating. Compared with galvanized plate, the same coating, magnesium-aluminum-zinc plating's service life is 10-20 times than others.
